Article R6146-17 of the French Public Health Code

The contract provided for in article L. 6146-2, concluded between the self-employed healthcare professionals mentioned in that article and public health institutions, takes account of the strategic guidelines provided for in the multiannual contract of objectives and resources concluded between the institution and the regional health agency in application of article L. 6114-1.

This contract, sent by the director of the institution to the director general of the regional health agency, is deemed to have been approved if the latter has not made his opposition known within one month of receiving it.

Article R6146-17

Le contrat prévu à l’article L. 6146-2, conclu entre les professionnels de santé, libéraux mentionnés à cet article et les établissements publics de santé, prend en compte les orientations stratégiques prévues dans le contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens conclu entre l’établissement et l’agence régionale de santé en application de l’article L. 6114-1.

Ce contrat, transmis par le directeur de l’établissement au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, est réputé approuvé si celui-ci n’a pas fait connaître son opposition dans le délai d’un mois à compter de sa réception.
