Article R6146-7 of the French Public Health Code

I.- A functional allowance is paid to the division heads. It is modulated according to the achievement of the objectives set out in the cluster contract. The amount and terms of payment of this allowance are set by order of the ministers responsible for health and the budget.

II – The functional allowance provided for in I is paid by the establishment to armed forces practitioners appointed to head a unit in a hospital centre or university hospital centre.

I.- Une indemnité de fonction est versée aux chefs de pôle. Elle est modulée en fonction de la réalisation des objectifs figurant dans le contrat de pôle. Le montant et les modalités de versement de cette indemnité sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et du budget.

II.- L’indemnité de fonction prévue au I est versée par l’établissement aux praticiens des armées nommés chefs de pôle dans un centre hospitalier ou dans un centre hospitalier universitaire
