Article R6147-1 of the French Public Health Code

The Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris, the Hospices civils de Lyon and the Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Marseille are university hospital centres, to which the provisions of Chapter II of Title I of this Book and those of this Title apply subject to the provisions of this section and Section 2 of this chapter.

L’Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris, les Hospices civils de Lyon et l’Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Marseille sont des centres hospitaliers universitaires, auxquels les dispositions du chapitre II du titre Ier du présent livre et celles du présent titre sont applicables sous réserve des dispositions de la présente section et de la section 2 du présent chapitre.
