Article R6147-128 of the French Public Health Code

All users of an army hospital must be given the opportunity to express their grievances orally to the managers of the army hospital’s services. If they are not satisfied with the explanations they receive, they will be informed that they have the option of submitting a written complaint or claim to the Chief Medical Officer of the Armed Forces Hospital, or of having their complaint or claim recorded in writing for the same purpose. In the latter case, a copy of the document will be sent to the patient as soon as possible.

Article R6147-128
