Article R6147-146 of the French Public Health Code

Co-operation between the army hospitals located in the Ile-de-France region and the National Invalids Institution aims to strengthen their complementarity in the field of care for the physically and psychologically injured, likely to come under the provisions of the Military Invalidity and Victims of War Pensions Code.

It relates more specifically to:

1° The physical medicine and rehabilitation and psychiatry departments of these hospitals;

2° The medico-chirurgical centre mentioned inarticle R. 621-8 of the code des pensions militaires d’invalidité et des victimes de guerre and the centre d’études et de recherches sur l’appareillage des handicapés, mentioned in article R. 621-13 of the same code, of this institution.

La coopération entre les hôpitaux des armées implantés en Ile-de-France et l’Institution nationale des invalides vise à renforcer leur complémentarité dans le domaine de la prise en charge des blessés, physiques et psychiques, susceptibles de relever des dispositions du code des pensions militaires d’invalidité et des victimes de guerre.


Elle porte plus particulièrement sur :


1° Les services de médecine physique et de réadaptation et de psychiatrie de ces hôpitaux ;


2° Le centre médico-chirurgical mentionné à l’article R. 621-8 du code des pensions militaires d’invalidité et des victimes de guerre et le centre d’études et de recherches sur l’appareillage des handicapés, mentionné à l’article R. 621-13 du même code, de cette institution.
