Article R6147-150 of the French Public Health Code

I.-A steering committee, whose tasks are specified in the agreement referred to in II of article L. 6147-16, is responsible for drawing up the partnership medical project referred to in article R. 6147-147 and ensuring its implementation.

II.-It is made up of, under the conditions specified by this agreement:

1° The chief medical officers of the army hospitals mentioned in I of article L. 6147-16;

2° The director of the Institution nationale des invalides;

3° The medical directors of these hospitals and of this institution;

4° The head of the division mentioned in article R. 6147-149 ;

5° The general care coordinators of these hospitals and this institution.

Article R6147-150

I.-Un comité de pilotage, dont les missions sont précisées par la convention mentionnée au II de l’article L. 6147-16, est chargé d’élaborer le projet médical de partenariat mentionné à l’article R. 6147-147 et d’en assurer la mise en œuvre.

II.-Il est composé, dans les conditions précisées par cette convention :

1° Des médecins-chefs des hôpitaux des armées mentionnés au I de l’article L. 6147-16 ;

2° Du directeur de l’Institution nationale des invalides ;

3° Des directeurs médicaux de ces hôpitaux et de cette institution ;

4° Du chef de pôle mentionné à l’article R. 6147-149 ;

5° Des coordonnateurs généraux de soins de ces hôpitaux et de cette institution.
