Article R6152-14 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 6152-3 and R. 6152-24 do not apply to hospital practitioners appointed for a probationary period.

Hospital practitioners appointed for a probationary period may be placed on compulsory leave in the cases provided for in articles R. 6152-37, R. 6152-38, R. 6152-39 and R. 6152-42.

Hospital practitioners appointed for a probationary period may open a time savings account. However, they may not use, during the probationary period, either rights saved prior to their appointment or rights acquired since their appointment.

Les praticiens hospitaliers nommés pour une période probatoire peuvent être placés en disponibilité d’office dans les cas prévus aux articles R. 6152-37, R. 6152-38, R. 6152-39 et R. 6152-42.

Les praticiens hospitaliers nommés pour une période probatoire peuvent ouvrir un compte épargne-temps. Toutefois, ils ne peuvent utiliser, au cours de la période probatoire, ni des droits épargnés antérieurement à leur nomination, ni des droits acquis depuis celle-ci.
