Elections for staff representatives are held either electronically via the internet in accordance with the conditions set out in decree no. 2017-1811 of 28 December 2017 on the conditions and procedures for implementing electronic voting via the internet for the election of staff representatives to representative bodies for medical, odontological and pharmaceutical staff in public health establishments and certain social and medico-social establishments, or by post, using a proportional list system with the remainder distributed according to the highest average rule. Voting is by secret ballot. Voting by proxy is not permitted.

The method of casting votes and the date and closing time of the elections for the renewal of the Disciplinary Board are set by order of the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion. Except in the event of early renewal, the date of the elections shall be made public at least six months before the expiry of the current term of office.

Les élections des représentants des personnels ont lieu, soit par voie électronique par internet dans les conditions prévues par le décret n° 2017-1811 du 28 décembre 2017 relatif aux conditions et modalités de mise en œuvre du vote électronique par internet pour l’élection des représentants du personnel au sein des instances de représentation des personnels médicaux, odontologistes et pharmaceutiques des établissements publics de santé et de certains établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux, soit par correspondance, au scrutin de liste proportionnel avec répartition des restes suivant la règle de la plus forte moyenne. Le vote a lieu au scrutin secret. Le vote par procuration n’est pas admis.

Le mode d’expression des suffrages, la date et l’heure de clôture des élections pour le renouvellement du conseil de discipline sont fixés par arrêté du directeur général du Centre national de gestion. Sauf cas de renouvellement anticipé, la date des élections est rendue publique six mois au moins avant l’expiration du mandat en cours.
