Hospital practitioners practising in the discipline corresponding to a section are eligible to vote. Practitioners in a position of availability are not eligible to vote.
Voter status is determined:
1° On the opening day of the ballot in the case of an election by electronic means via the Internet;
2° On the closing day of the ballot in the case of an election by post.
The list of voters, by voting section, is drawn up by the director general of the Centre national de gestion. It shall be posted on the Centre’s website at least two months before the date of the ballot. The Director General shall take the necessary steps to ensure that the web page is protected from indexing by search engines.
Within eight days of publication, voters may check their entries and, where appropriate, submit applications for registration. Within the same period, and for three days after its expiry, complaints may be lodged against entries or omissions on the electoral roll. The Director General of the Centre national de gestion shall decide on any complaints without delay.
No changes may be made except in the event that a practitioner acquires or loses the status of elector no later than the day before the ballot. In such cases, registration or deletion is decided no later than the day before the ballot, either on the initiative of the administration or at the request of the person concerned.
Changes to the electoral list are immediately posted on the website of the Centre national de gestion.
