Article R6152-328 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the age limit extension rights applicable to them under the provisions of article 46 of law no. 87-588 of 30 July 1987 on various social measures, the age limit for practitioners governed by the provisions of sections 1 and 2 of this chapter is set at sixty-seven years for practitioners born on or after 1 January 1955.

As a transitional measure, the age limit applicable to these practitioners is set at :

1° 65 years for those born before 1st July 1951;

2° 65 years and 4 months for those born between 1st July 1951 and 31st December 1951;

3° 65 years and 9 months for those born in 1952;

4° 66 years and 2 months for those born in 1953;

5° 66 years and 7 months for those born in 1954.

Sous réserve des droits au recul de limite d’âge qui leur sont applicables au titre des dispositions de l’article 46 de la loi n° 87-588 du 30 juillet 1987 portant diverses mesures d’ordre social, la limite d’âge des praticiens régis par les dispositions des sections 1 et 2 du présent chapitre est fixée à soixante-sept ans pour les praticiens nés à compter du 1er janvier 1955.

A titre transitoire, la limite d’âge applicable à ces praticiens est fixée à :

1° 65 ans pour ceux nés avant le 1er juillet 1951 ;

2° 65 ans et 4 mois pour ceux nés entre le 1er juillet 1951 et le 31 décembre 1951 ;

3° 65 ans et 9 mois pour ceux nés en 1952 ;

4° 66 ans et 2 mois pour ceux nés en 1953 ;

5° 66 ans et 7 mois pour ceux nés en 1954.
