Following one or more discussions with the practitioner concerned within a maximum period of six months following his placement in search of an assignment, the National Management Centre will draw up a personalised career development plan, the aim of which is to facilitate his assignment to a public health establishment or his access to another job in the public or private sector.
This project includes, in particular
1° The career development wishes of the person concerned ;
2° The types of jobs, activities and responsibilities for which the practitioner is likely to be eligible or which may be offered to him/her in this context;
3° Where applicable, the types of temporary assignments that may be entrusted to the practitioner;
4° Guidance, training, assessment and validation of professional experience designed to encourage the practitioner to change direction;
5° Support measures implemented by the Centre National de Gestion.
The personalised professional development plan is set out in a document, a copy of which is given to the practitioner concerned.
Any modification of the personalised professional development project, where applicable after a mid-term assessment of the implementation of the project, is carried out under the conditions provided for in the first paragraph of this article.
The Centre National de Gestion organises regular individualised monitoring of the practitioner’s situation to support him in his professional development and, where appropriate, in the adaptation of his skills to the types of jobs, activities or responsibilities mentioned in his personalised career development plan. The practitioner is entitled to a meeting at least once every two months with the people in charge of monitoring his/her progress.
The hospital practitioner seeking a posting is required to take all actions and steps, agreed with him/her and decided by the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, to enable him/her either to find a posting in a public health establishment, or to access another job in the public or private sector. He may, at the request of the National Management Centre or with its agreement, carry out assignments in one of the establishments, administrations or structures to which a secondment is authorised in accordance with the provisions of article R. 6152-50 or in a private health establishment.
Hospital practitioners may, at their request or at the request of the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion, undergo a professional assessment and attend training courses.
If they are planning to change careers, they may undertake work placements with any organisation likely to offer them appropriate practical training.
These assignments or placements are carried out within the framework of an agreement between the host organisation and the Centre national de gestion.
