Practitioners who do not meet the conditions indicated in article R. 6152-503, but who have completed their medical, odontological or pharmaceutical studies and who, in addition, meet the diploma, qualification and training conditions laid down by joint order of the ministers responsible for health and higher education, may be recruited as associate generalist assistants or associate specialist assistants.
Associate assistants carry out their duties under the direct responsibility of the head of the structure to which they are assigned or, if the latter is unable to do so, one of his or her medical, dental or pharmaceutical colleagues. They are involved in the continuity of care or in the pharmaceutical services provided on site, but are not authorised to act as replacements.
The provisions of the first paragraph apply until 31 December 2022.
