Article R6152-544 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Title I of decree no. 2002-9 of 4 January 2002 relating to working hours and the organisation of work in the establishments mentioned in article 2 of law no. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital civil service, with the exception of those of its article 17, apply to associate midwives.

They carry out their duties on a full-time or part-time basis, under the conditions defined in the fourth paragraph of article 32 of decree no. 91-155 of 6 February 1991 relating to the general provisions applicable to contractual employees of the establishments mentioned in article 2 of law no. 86-33 of 9 January 1986.

The provisions of section 8 of this chapter do not apply to associate midwives.

Les dispositions du titre Ier du décret n° 2002-9 du 4 janvier 2002 relatif au temps de travail et à l’organisation du travail dans les établissements mentionnés à l’article 2 de la loi n° 86-33 du 9 janvier 1986 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique hospitalière, à l’exception de celles de son article 17, s’appliquent aux sages-femmes associées.

Elles exercent leurs fonctions à temps plein ou à temps partiel, dans les conditions définies au quatrième alinéa de l’article 32 du décret n° 91-155 du 6 février 1991 relatif aux dispositions générales applicables aux agents contractuels des établissements mentionnés à l’article 2 de la loi n° 86-33 du 9 janvier 1986.

Les dispositions de la section 8 du présent chapitre ne sont pas applicables aux sages-femmes associées.
