Article R6152-545 of the French Public Health Code

Associate midwives shall receive, after service has been rendered:

1° Flat-rate monthly emoluments, the amount of which, set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, health and social security, is established by reference to the indexed salary of midwives in the normal class governed by the provisions of decree no. 89-611 of 1st September 1989 on the special status of midwives in the hospital civil service. The amount of these emoluments is calculated in proportion to the percentage of work when the duties are performed on a part-time basis;

2° Allowances, the list of which is set by decree.

Les sages-femmes associées perçoivent après service fait :

1° Des émoluments forfaitaires mensuels dont le montant, fixé par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de la santé et de la sécurité sociale, est établi par référence au traitement indiciaire des sages-femmes de classe normale régies par les dispositions du décret n° 89-611 du 1er septembre 1989 portant statut particulier des sages-femmes de la fonction publique hospitalière. Le montant de ces émoluments est calculé au prorata de la quotité de travail lorsque les fonctions sont exercées à temps partiel ;

2° Des indemnités dont la liste est fixée par décret.
