Article R6152-605 of the French Public Health Code

In order to ensure continuity of care, the organisation of medical, pharmaceutical and odontological attendance time, based on the specific characteristics of the various structures, is decided annually by the Director of the establishment after consultation with the establishment medical committee or, where applicable, the local establishment medical committee. A nominative duty roster, drawn up on this basis, is drawn up monthly by the director on the proposal of the head of the department or, failing this, the head of the department, functional unit or any other internal structure.

Attached practitioners devote the number of half-days per week set out in their contract to the hospital service to which they are assigned, as shown on the duty roster. These service obligations are between one and ten half-days per week.

Afin d’assurer la continuité des soins, l’organisation du temps de présence médicale, pharmaceutique et odontologique établie en fonction des caractéristiques propres aux différentes structures est arrêtée annuellement par le directeur d’établissement après avis de la commission médicale d’établissement ou, le cas échéant, de la commission médicale d’établissement locale. Un tableau de service nominatif, établi sur cette base, est arrêté mensuellement par le directeur sur proposition du chef de pôle ou, à défaut, du responsable du service, de l’unité fonctionnelle ou de toute autre structure interne.

Les praticiens attachés consacrent au service hospitalier auquel ils sont affectés le nombre de demi-journées hebdomadaires fixées par leur contrat telles qu’elles figurent au tableau de service. Ces obligations de service sont comprises entre une et dix demi-journées hebdomadaires.
