Article R6152-630 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of the resignation of an associate practitioner benefiting from a three-year contract or an open-ended contract, the request must be accompanied by three months’ notice.

If the resignation occurs during one of the contracts mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 6152-610, the notice period is one month for contracts of less than six months and two months for contracts of more than six months.

Resignation does not entitle the practitioner to any compensation.

Article R6152-630

En cas de démission d’un praticien attaché bénéficiant d’un contrat triennal ou d’un contrat à durée indéterminée, la demande est assortie d’un préavis de trois mois.

Si la démission intervient au cours d’un des contrats mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 6152-610, le préavis est d’un mois pour les contrats inférieurs à six mois et de deux mois pour les contrats d’une durée supérieure à six mois.

La démission n’entraîne droit à aucune indemnité pour le praticien.
