Article R6152-709 of the French Public Health Code

The remuneration of practitioners recruited on the basis of 3° of Article L. 6152-1 comprises :

1° A fixed part, determined by reference to the emoluments of hospital practitioners ;

2° A variable part subject to the fulfilment of specific commitments and objectives set out in the contract.

The amount of the total remuneration may not exceed the amount corresponding to the tenth step of the grid mentioned in article R. 6152-21 plus 65%.

The amount, the conditions of attribution and the terms of payment of the elements of remuneration mentioned in 1° and 2° of this article are specified by order of the ministers in charge of the budget and health.

La rémunération des praticiens recrutés sur le fondement du 3° de l’article L. 6152-1 comprend :

1° Une part fixe, déterminée par référence aux émoluments des praticiens hospitaliers ;

2° Une part variable subordonnée à la réalisation des engagements particuliers et des objectifs prévus au contrat.

Le montant de la rémunération totale ne peut excéder le montant correspondant au dixième échelon de la grille mentionnée à l’article R. 6152-21 majoré de 65 %.

Le montant, les conditions d’attribution et les modalités de versement des éléments de rémunération mentionnés aux 1° et 2° du présent article sont précisés par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget et de la santé.
