Article R6152-713 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners recruited on the basis of 3° of article L. 6251-1 must maintain and improve their knowledge.

They are entitled to training leave, the duration of which is set at fifteen working days per year for a full-time practitioner. When the practitioner works part-time, these rights are calculated in proportion to the percentage of working time.

Ils ont droit à un congé de formation dont la durée est fixée à quinze jours ouvrables par an pour un praticien exerçant à temps plein. Lorsque le praticien exerce à temps partiel, ces droits sont calculés au prorata de la quotité de temps de travail.
