In the event of professional inadequacy, the contract may be terminated without compensation or notice, following the opinion of the hospital medical committee.

Hospital practitioners seconded on contract in application of 3° of article L. 6152-1 remain subject to the provisions of sub-section 9 of section 1 for full-time hospital practitioners and sub-section 10 of section 2 of this chapter for part-time hospital practitioners.

En cas d’insuffisance professionnelle, il peut être mis fin au contrat sans indemnité, ni préavis, après avis de la commission médicale d’établissement.

Les praticiens hospitaliers détachés sur contrat en application du 3° de l’article L. 6152-1 restent soumis aux dispositions de la sous-section 9 de la section 1 s’agissant des praticiens hospitaliers à temps plein et de la sous-section 10 de la section 2 du présent chapitre s’agissant des praticiens des hôpitaux à temps partiel.
