Article R6152-8 of the French Public Health Code

With a view to the appointment of a hospital practitioner, the head of the department, on a proposal from the head of the service or, failing this, the head of the functional unit or another internal structure, may propose several candidates to the director of the establishment.

The appointment to the public health establishment is made by order of the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion.

The appointment is notified by any means capable of conferring a certain date on the practitioners and the directors of the establishment concerned. It is published electronically on the website of the Centre national de gestion, in accordance with the procedures laid down in its internal regulations.

En vue de la nomination d’un praticien hospitalier, le chef de pôle, sur proposition du chef de service, ou, à défaut, du responsable de l’unité fonctionnelle ou d’une autre structure interne, peut proposer plusieurs candidatures au directeur de l’établissement.

La nomination dans l’établissement public de santé est prononcée par arrêté du directeur général du Centre national de gestion.

La nomination est notifiée par tout moyen permettant de conférer date certaine aux praticiens ainsi qu’aux directeurs d’établissement intéressés. Elle fait l’objet d’une publication par voie électronique sur le site internet du Centre national de gestion, selon les modalités prévues par son règlement intérieur.
