Medical, pharmaceutical and odontological staff, governed by the provisions of sections 1 to 6 of this chapter, benefit from an annual reduction in their working time of 20 days.
Where the duties are not performed on a full-time basis, the number of days allocated is reduced in proportion to the length of time worked by the staff concerned.
The following periods are excluded from the application of these provisions: bonus leave, unpaid temporary assignment, long-term sick leave, long-term or serious illness leave and parental leave.
Leave granted as part of the reduction in working hours and subsidised leave may not be taken consecutively.
The terms and conditions for the application of this article are laid down by order of the ministers responsible for the budget and health.
