When the interests of the service so require, a practitioner who is the subject of a procedure provided for in article R. 6152-80 may be suspended pending a decision on his case.
For the duration of his suspension, he shall retain the full emoluments provided for in 1° of article R. 6152-23.
Lorsque l’intérêt du service l’exige, le praticien qui fait l’objet d’une procédure prévue à l’article R. 6152-80 peut être suspendu en attendant qu’il soit statué sur son cas.
Il conserve, pendant la durée de sa suspension, la totalité des émoluments prévus au 1° de l’article R. 6152-23.
