Article R6152-818 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of article 15 of decree no. 88-386 of 19 April 1988 relating to physical fitness conditions and sick leave for hospital civil servants are applicable to practitioners governed by this chapter. The remuneration to be taken into account in the third paragraph of this article includes emoluments and bonuses granted to the person concerned.

When, in application ofarticle R. 321-2 of the Social Security Code, the cash benefits provided by the general scheme are reduced, the remuneration paid in the event of sick leave, long-term sick leave or long-term leave is reduced in proportion to the reduction applied.

Les dispositions de l’article 15 du décret n° 88-386 du 19 avril 1988 relatif aux conditions d’aptitude physique et aux congés de maladie des agents de la fonction publique hospitalière sont applicables aux praticiens régis par le présent chapitre. La rémunération à prendre en compte au troisième alinéa de cet article comprend les émoluments et les primes accordées à l’intéressé.


Lorsque, en application de l’article R. 321-2 du code de la sécurité sociale, les prestations en espèces servies par le régime général sont diminuées, la rémunération versée en cas de congé de maladie, de congé de longue maladie ou de congé de longue durée est réduite au prorata de la diminution pratiquée.
