Article R6153-1-11 of the French Public Health Code

Junior doctors are entitled to maternity leave, birth leave, leave for the arrival of a child placed with a view to adoption, adoption leave or paternity and childcare leave for the periods and according to the procedures laid down in article R. 6152-819.

He also benefits from parental presence leave, parental education leave and family solidarity leave in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 6153-13.

Le docteur junior bénéficie d’un congé de maternité, d’un congé de naissance, d’un congé pour l’arrivée d’un enfant placé en vue de son adoption, d’un congé d’adoption ou d’un congé de paternité et d’accueil de l’enfant pour des durées et selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 6152-819.

Il bénéficie également du congé de présence parentale, du congé parental d’éducation et du congé de solidarité familiale selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 6153-13.
