Article R6153-1-3 of the French Public Health Code

Junior doctors report to the occupational health department of the entity where they complete their training period. Failing this, he will report to the occupational health department of the university hospital centre to which he is attached. They benefit from the provisions of article R. 4626-22 of the Labour Code.

Le docteur junior relève du service de santé au travail de l’entité où il accomplit son stage. A défaut, il relève du service de santé au travail de son centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement. Il bénéficie des dispositions de l’article R. 4626-22 du code du travail.
