Article R6153-30 of the French Public Health Code

The penalties referred to in 1° and 2° of article R. 6153-29 are imposed by the director general of the university hospital centre to which the intern belongs, after consultation with the practitioner or pharmacist under whose responsibility the person concerned is placed during his training period and after a written adversarial procedure in the case of the penalty provided for in 2° of article R. 6153-29. The president of the university and the director of the training and research unit in which the resident is registered are notified of the sanction within fifteen days of its notification to the person concerned.

Les sanctions mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 6153-29 sont prononcées par le directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement de l’interne, après consultation du praticien ou du pharmacien sous la responsabilité duquel l’intéressé est placé pendant son stage et après procédure écrite contradictoire pour la sanction prévue au 2° de l’article R. 6153-29. Le président de l’université et le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche où est inscrit l’interne sont avisés de la sanction dans les quinze jours qui suivent la notification de celle-ci à l’intéressé.
