Article R6153-95 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of the sixth paragraph of article R. 6153-47, student doctors in the armed forces health service schools may complete :

1° Either a training period chosen on their own initiative, with the joint agreement of the director of the medical training and research unit, the director of their training establishment and the commanding officer of the Armed Forces Medical School, during which they retain their status as hospital students ;

2° Or an internship in a hospital environment, where applicable in an army hospital, during which they may, with the agreement of the Commandant of the Army Medical School, perform the duties provided for in article R. 6153-44 under the conditions provided for army hospital interns and assistants in article R. 6153-93.

Pour l’application du sixième alinéa de l’article R. 6153-47, les élèves médecins des écoles du service de santé des armées peuvent accomplir :

1° Soit un stage choisi à leur initiative, après accord conjoint du directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche médicale, du directeur de leur établissement de formation et du commandant de l’Ecole de santé des armées au cours duquel ils conservent leur qualité d’étudiant hospitalier ;

2° Soit un stage en milieu hospitalier, le cas échéant dans un hôpital des armées, au cours duquel ils peuvent, après accord du commandant de l’Ecole de santé des armées, exercer les fonctions prévues à l’article R. 6153-44 dans les conditions prévues pour les internes et les assistants des hôpitaux des armées à l’article R. 6153-93.
