Article R6153-96 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of articles R. 6153-57, R. 6153-71, R. 6153-88 and R. 6153-89 to student doctors, dental surgeons or pharmacists in the armed forces health service schools, the armed forces health service receives the file of the person concerned from the director of the establishment to which he is assigned and the representative of this service is involved in examining the situation. The Commandant of the Armed Forces Medical School is informed of any decision or sanction concerning the person concerned, at the same time and in the same way as the director of the establishment and the director of the training and research unit.

Pour l’application des articles R. 6153-57, R. 6153-71, R. 6153-88 et R. 6153-89 aux élèves médecins, chirurgiens-dentistes ou pharmaciens des écoles du service de santé des armées, le service de santé des armées reçoit du directeur de l’établissement d’affectation le dossier de l’intéressé et le représentant de ce service est associé à l’examen de la situation. Le commandant de l’Ecole de santé des armées est informé de toute décision ou sanction concernant l’intéressé, dans le même temps et dans les mêmes formes que le directeur de l’établissement et le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche.
