Article R6156-73 of the French Public Health Code

The experts’ reports drawn up in the course of the procedure are forwarded to the Chairman of the Committee, who communicates them to the members and to the practitioner concerned at least one month before the date on which the Committee is to sit. The experts may be heard by the Committee.
