Article R621-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The AMF Board shall deliberate on :

1° The annual budget and any amendments to it during the year;

2° The financial statements and the appropriation of profits;

3° The accounting and financial regulations, which are forwarded to the Minister for the Economy;

4° The general conditions of recruitment, employment and remuneration of staff;

5° Internal regulations and rules of professional conduct applicable to the staff of the departments;

6° The general terms and conditions for the award of contracts, agreements and procurement contracts;

7° General terms and conditions for the use of available funds and the investment of reserves;

8° Acquisitions, exchanges and disposals of property;

9° Borrowings;

10° Transactions in excess of an amount set by the Board on the recommendation of the Chairman;

11° donations and legacies.

Le collège de l’Autorité des marchés financiers délibère sur :

2° Le compte financier et l’affectation des résultats ;

3° Le règlement comptable et financier, qui est transmis au ministre chargé de l’économie ;

4° Les conditions générales de recrutement, d’emploi et de rémunération du personnel ;

5° Le règlement intérieur et les règles de déontologie applicables au personnel des services ;

6° Les conditions générales de passation des contrats, conventions et marchés ;

7° Les conditions générales d’emploi des fonds disponibles et de placement des réserves ;

8° Les acquisitions, échanges et aliénations de biens immobiliers ;

9° Les emprunts ;

10° Les transactions au-delà d’un montant qu’il fixe, sur proposition du président ;

11° Les dons et legs.
