The agreement referred to in the third paragraph of Article L. 621-14-1 shall be signed within four months of the date on which the Autorité des marchés financiers receives acceptance of the proposal to enter the administrative composition procedure.
A compter de la réception par l’Autorité des marchés financiers de l’acceptation de la proposition d’entrée en voie de composition administrative, l’accord mentionné au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 621-14-1 est conclu dans un délai de quatre mois.
