Article R6213-7-2 of the French Public Health Code

The application for authorisation referred to in Article R. 6213-7-1 shall be sent to the Minister for Health by any means capable of providing a date certain, accompanied by a dossier, the composition of which shall be determined by order of the Minister for Health and the Minister for Defence.

Failure by the Minister for Health to respond within four months of receipt of the complete application constitutes acceptance of the application.

Article R6213-7-2

La demande d’autorisation mentionnée à l’article R. 6213-7-1 est adressée au ministre chargé de la santé par tout moyen permettant de lui donner date certaine, accompagnée d’un dossier dont la composition est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé et du ministre de la défense.

Le défaut de réponse par le ministre chargé de la santé dans un délai de quatre mois à compter de la réception du dossier complet vaut acceptation de cette demande.
