The tripartite agreement provided for in the last paragraph of Article L. 6222-7-1 is concluded without prejudice to compliance with the obligations laid down by the certifying body for registration for the vocational diploma or qualification mentioned in the apprenticeship contract.
La convention tripartite prévue au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 6222-7-1 est conclue sans préjudice du respect des obligations fixées par l’organisme certificateur pour l’inscription au diplôme ou titre à finalité professionnelle mentionné dans le contrat d’apprentissage.
