Article R6223-47 of the French Public Health Code

A copy of any final court decision declaring the company null and void shall, at the request of the public prosecutor, be filed with the trade and company register in which the company is registered and sent to the director general of the regional health agency and to the councils of the association to which the members belong.

Une expédition de toute décision judiciaire définitive prononçant la nullité de la société est, à la diligence du procureur de la République, déposée au registre du commerce et des sociétés auquel la société est immatriculée et adressée au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et aux conseils de l’ordre dont relèvent les associés.
