The apprenticeship master appointed within the temporary work undertaking will monitor the apprentice throughout his or her training and ensure that he or she progresses, in liaison with the apprentice training centre and the apprenticeship masters appointed in the user undertakings.
A person with at least two years’ professional experience in a temporary work company is deemed to meet the condition of professional competence required, pursuant to article L. 6223-1, of an apprentice master appointed in a temporary work company.
Notwithstanding the provisions of article R. 6223-6, the maximum number of apprentices that may be taken on simultaneously in a temporary work undertaking is set at five per apprenticeship master.
