Article R623-41 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The registration of additional particulars for judicial decisions is made at the request of the clerk of the court that handed down the decision, and for other particulars at the request of any interested party, upon production of one of the originals of the deed if it is a private document, or an expedition if it is authentic or a document justifying the transfer in the case of a transfer by death.

L’inscription des mentions complémentaires pour les décisions judiciaires est faite à la requête du greffier du tribunal qui a rendu la décision, et pour les autres mentions à la requête de toute partie intéressée, sur production de l’un des originaux de l’acte si celui-ci est sous seing privé, ou d’une expédition s’il est authentique ou d’un document justifiant le transfert en cas de mutation par décès.
