When the General Director of the Regional Health Agency is informed of facts constituting an imminent danger to the safety of patients or persons working in the laboratory, he shall order the immediate suspension, in whole or in part, of the activity in question after informing the legal representative of the laboratory without delay.
Within fifteen days, the legal representative shall send the Regional Health Agency his observations and a description of the corrective measures he intends to take. The Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall terminate the suspension of activity if he finds that the proposed measures will ensure the safety of patients or persons working in the laboratory.
