Article R6231-2 of the French Public Health Code

When the Minister for Defence is informed by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency of facts constituting an imminent danger to the safety of patients or persons working in a laboratory under his authority, he must send his observations and a description of the corrective measures he intends to take to the Director General within fifteen days.

Lorsque le ministre de la défense est informé par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de faits constituant un danger imminent pour la sécurité des patients ou des personnes exerçant dans un laboratoire relevant de son autorité, il lui transmet dans un délai de quinze jours ses observations et la description des mesures correctrices qu’il entend prendre.
