For the application of the last paragraph of article L. 6211-2, each certifying minister sets up a mission, placed under his authority, responsible for the pedagogical supervision of apprenticeship training leading to the award of diplomas under his jurisdiction.
These missions are made up of:
1° Inspectors or authorised public officials from the certifying ministries;
2° Experts appointed by the regional joint employment committees or, failing that, by the national joint employment committees;
3° Experts appointed by the consular chambers.
If the persons referred to in 2° and 3° have not been appointed, the certifying minister will give formal notice to the bodies concerned to appoint them.
The persons mentioned in 2° and 3° are appointed by the Certifying Minister for a period of five years.
Pedagogical supervision is incompatible with holding a position in a centre for apprentice training or being a member of a body of a centre for apprentice training.
The procedures for the organisation and operation of the pedagogical supervision missions are laid down by order of each certifying minister for the diplomas that concern them.
