Article R6251-3 of the French Labour Code

The draft inspection report is sent to the apprentice training centre and to the apprentice employers, with an indication of the deadline they have for submitting written observations and requesting a hearing, where appropriate. This period may not be less than thirty days from the date of notification.

At the end of this period, the inspection report, together with any pedagogical recommendations, is sent to the apprentice training centre and to the apprentice employers.

The apprentice training centre, at the request of the organisation or body mentioned in article L. 6316-2 which issued it with the certification provided for in article L. 6316-1, will send it the inspection report.

Le projet de rapport de contrôle est adressé au centre de formation d’apprentis et aux employeurs d’apprentis avec l’indication du délai dont ils disposent pour présenter des observations écrites et demander, le cas échéant, à être entendus. Ce délai ne peut être inférieur à trente jours à compter de la date de la notification.

Au terme de ce délai, le rapport de contrôle, accompagné, le cas échéant, de recommandations pédagogiques, est adressé au centre de formation d’apprentis et aux employeurs d’apprentis.

Le centre de formation d’apprentis, sur demande de l’organisme ou de l’instance mentionné à l’article L. 6316-2 lui ayant délivré la certification prévue à l’article L. 6316-1, lui adresse le rapport de contrôle.
