Article R632-1-1-A of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and the Autorité des marchés financiers shall communicate, on their own initiative, to the competent authorities of another Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area any information that is essential, within the meaning of Article R. 613-1 B, for the performance of tasks similar to those mentioned in Articles R. 511-3-1, R. 532-8, R. 532-15 of this Code or in IV of Article R. 322-11-2 of the Insurance Code.

L’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution et l’Autorité des marchés financiers communiquent, de leur propre initiative, aux autorités compétentes d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen toute information essentielle, au sens de l’article R. 613-1 B, pour l’accomplissement des missions similaires à celles mentionnées aux articles R. 511-3-1, R. 532-8, R. 532-15 du présent code ou au IV de l’article R. 322-11-2 du code des assurances.
