Article R6422-10 of the French Labour Code

Failure by the candidate to submit a document attesting to the admissibility of his application for validation of prior learning constitutes grounds for refusal by the employer, the bodies mentioned in article L. 6316-1 or the body managing the information system for the personal training account, as the case may be, to cover the expenses mentioned in article R. 6422-9 .

The latter may also refuse to cover the expenses mentioned in article R. 6422-9 when the validation of prior learning actions cannot be linked to the priorities governing their intervention in the field of vocational training or when the requests for coverage cannot all be met at the same time.

Article R6422-10
