Article R6423-2 of the French Labour Code

Support is optional and begins as soon as the application for validation of prior learning has been declared admissible. It ends on the date of assessment by the jury.

If one or more parts of the certification are awarded, it may extend to the additional assessment provided for in the sixth paragraph of II of article L. 335-5 of the Education Code or in the third paragraph of article L. 613-4 of the same code.

Article R6423-2

L’accompagnement est facultatif et débute dès que la demande de recevabilité en vue de la validation des acquis de l’expérience a été déclarée recevable. Il prend fin à la date d’évaluation par le jury.

Il peut s’étendre, en cas d’attribution d’une ou plusieurs parties de certification, jusqu’au contrôle complémentaire prévu au sixième alinéa du II de l’article L. 335-5 du code de l’éducation ou au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 613-4 du même code.
