Article R644-3 of the French Commercial code

The decision by which the official receiver rules on challenges to the statement of claims supplemented by the proposed distribution shall be subject to the publicity measures provided for in Article R. 644-2. The court clerk notifies the interested creditors of the decision. The latter may lodge an appeal within the time limits and in accordance with the forms provided for in Article R. 621-21.

La décision par laquelle le juge-commissaire statue sur les contestations formées contre l’état des créances complété par le projet de répartition fait l’objet des mesures de publicité prévues à l’article R. 644-2. Elle est notifiée par le greffier aux créanciers intéressés. Ceux-ci peuvent former un recours dans les délais et selon les formes prévus à l’article R. 621-21.
