Article R6451-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Territorial Council signs an agreement with the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon relating to the implementation of teletransmission.

The agreement includes the reference of the approved system and provides in particular:

a) The date of connection to the teletransmission chain;

b) The nature and characteristics of the acts transmitted electronically;

c) The respective commitments of the signatories to the agreement for the organisation and operation of teletransmission;

d) The possibility, for the authorities responsible for transmission mentioned in the first paragraph, of waiving transmission by electronic means as well as the terms and conditions of such waiver.

Article R6451-3

Le président du conseil territorial signe avec le préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon une convention relative à la mise en œuvre de la télétransmission.

La convention comprend la référence du dispositif homologué et prévoit notamment :

a) La date de raccordement à la chaîne de télétransmission ;

b) La nature et les caractéristiques des actes transmis par la voie électronique ;

c) Les engagements respectifs des signataires de la convention pour l’organisation et le fonctionnement de la télétransmission ;

d) La possibilité, pour les autorités chargées de la transmission mentionnées au premier alinéa, de renoncer à la transmission par voie électronique ainsi que les modalités de cette renonciation.
