Article R6451-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of this Title apply to the local authority’s public establishments and to the local semi-public companies mentioned in 7° of Article LO 6451-2.

For the application of these provisions to the local authority’s public establishments and local semi-public companies, the President of the Territorial Council is understood to mean the President or Director of the public establishment or semi-public company.

Les dispositions du présent titre s’appliquent aux établissements publics de la collectivité ainsi qu’aux sociétés d’économie mixte locales mentionnées au 7° de l’article LO 6451-2.

Pour l’application de ces dispositions aux établissements publics de la collectivité et aux sociétés d’économie mixte locales, le président du conseil territorial s’entend du président ou du directeur de l’établissement public ou de la société d’économie mixte.
