Independent of the entries made in the criminal record pursuant to article 768 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, judgments pronouncing personal bankruptcy or the prohibition provided for in Article L. 653-8 are subject to the publicity provided for in Article R. 621-8 and are sent by the Registrar to the persons mentioned in Article R. 621-7.
These decisions are served within fifteen days of their date by the clerk of the court or of the court of appeal, as the case may be, to the persons sanctioned.
