Article R656-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions are applicable in New Caledonia in their wording resulting from Decree no. 2020-1734 of 16 December 2020, unless otherwise stated or reference is made to their application by operation of law in the table below.
