Article R663-35 of the French Commercial code

Where several court-appointed administrators, plan implementation commissioners, court-appointed agents or liquidators are appointed in the same proceedings, each of the appointed court-appointed agents receives a share, agreed between them, of the emoluments due in respect of those proceedings. Failing agreement, the president of the court or his delegate shall determine the share of the remuneration due to each after hearing the debtor and obtaining the opinion of the public prosecutor.

In the event of the replacement of one of the judicial representatives and in the absence of agreement between them, the president of the court or his delegate shall divide these emoluments between each of the successively appointed representatives according to the work they have carried out, after hearing the debtor and obtaining the opinion of the public prosecutor.

Lorsque plusieurs administrateurs judiciaires, commissaires à l’exécution du plan, mandataires judiciaires ou liquidateurs sont désignés dans une même procédure, chacun des mandataires de justice désignés perçoit une part, convenue entre eux, des émoluments dus au titre de cette procédure. A défaut d’accord, le président du tribunal ou son délégué détermine la part de la rémunération qui revient à chacun après avoir entendu le débiteur et recueilli l’avis du ministère public.

En cas de remplacement de l’un des mandataires de justice et à défaut d’accord entre eux, le président du tribunal ou son délégué partage ces émoluments entre chacun des mandataires successivement désignés en fonction des diligences qu’il a effectuées, après avoir entendu le débiteur et recueilli l’avis du ministère public.
