Article R67 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Records of a disciplinary decision by an administrative authority, which entails or imposes incapacities, are sent to the automated national criminal records department as soon as notice is received, which is given as soon as possible to the public prosecutor or the Minister of Justice by the authority that issued the decision.

Records of an expulsion order are drawn up by the Minister of the Interior or the prefects of border departments and sent to the automated national criminal records department.

Les fiches constatant une décision disciplinaire d’une autorité administrative, qui entraîne ou édicte des incapacités, sont adressées au service du casier judiciaire national automatisé dès la réception de l’avis qui est donné dans le plus bref délai au procureur de la République ou au ministre de la justice par l’autorité qui a rendu la décision.

Les fiches relevant un arrêté d’expulsion sont dressées par le ministre de l’Intérieur ou les préfets des départements frontières et transmises au service du casier judiciaire national automatisé.
